This Privacy Policy describes how Aries Health Corporation, a California S Corporation doing business as Aries Health and Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information obtained through our website at www.arieshealthwellness.com (the “Site”) and related services. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not replace or modify our Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP), which governs the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI) created or received during the course of clinical care, as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). A copy of our NPP is available at the clinic and upon request.

A. Information you provide voluntarily
We may collect the following information when you voluntarily submit it through the Site:
- Full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address (e.g., via the Contact Us form or appointment booking)
- Date of birth and demographic information
- Health-related information submitted through intake questionnaires, symptom quizzes, or consultation request forms
- Payment and billing information processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe

Health-related information submitted through the Site (e.g., symptom quiz responses or intake questionnaire answers prior to establishing a patient relationship) may not be classified as PHI under HIPAA. However, we treat all health-related information with the same level of care and confidentiality.
5. Payment information
All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data on our servers.
