How it works

Six steps from your first appointment to ongoing care, with lab work up front, so decisions are based on data rather than guesswork.

Book your consultation

Schedule your in-person or telehealth visit with our provider. Once booked, you will receive intake questionnaires to complete before your appointment.

Lab work ordered before your visit

Your provider orders a comprehensive lab panel prior to your initial consultation, so your results are ready to review at your first appointment rather than weeks later.

Comprehensive evaluation

At your consultation, your provider reviews your lab results, symptoms, medical history and current medications to understand the full picture.

Personalized treatment plan

Based on your labs and clinical evaluation, your provider designs a protocol tailored to your body, your symptoms and your goals, or recommends a different course if treatment is not appropriate.

Compounded medications shipped to your door

If medication is prescribed, it is prepared by a US-based, FDA-registered compounding pharmacy and delivered directly to you.

Ongoing monitoring & support

Regular follow-up appointments, lab rechecks, dose adjustments and direct messaging access to your provider between visits.
